As a Disciples of Christ congregation, we adhere to the following beliefs and religious practices:
*We believe Jesus is the Son of the living God and we profess him as our Lord and Savior.
*We believe the Bible is the inspired Word of God and is authoritative for how to structure and live our lives.
*We believe in celebrating the Lord’s Supper each time we gather to worship inviting all to share in this sacred meal set before us through the love and grace of our Lord.
*We believe in baptism by immersion whenever possible while recognizing baptismal rites of other traditions.
*We believe in sacrificial giving of our time, talents and financial resources to further the mission of the church.
*We believe all are capable and endowed with discernment of scripture as led by the Holy Spirit.
*We believe in the priesthood of all believers and celebrate our rich diversity embracing all races, ethnicities, nationalities, gender and ages.
*We believe in Ecumenicalism seeking ways to build bridges and working for the whole unity of the church of Jesus Christ.
*We believe in an educated clergy that is not bound by age, gender or race.
